In honor of National Rum Day we give you the secret recipe to our signature drink: the Dark & Stormy. Ok, so the ingredients aren't so secret but the right combination certainly is and we have spent years perfecting and tasting these delicious drinks in order to bring you the perfect Dark & Stormy. We all have Will O'Brien (the owner's husband) to thank for this recipe. Anyone who has had the pleasure of tasting one of his "Stormies" knows that he makes one mean drink. Enjoy!

We love a light soup for dinner on Halloween. Two Bees Family tradition is White Chicken Chili. It's quick to throw together and can be done the day prior. Ingredients: 3 Tablespoons EVOO 1 medium onion, chopped 1 4-ounce can green chiles, chopped 3 Tablespoons AP flour 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2-3 16-ounce cans northern beans, or any white bean you like 32-ounces chicken broth 1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast Directions: In a large heavy-bottom pot cook onion in EVOO for about 4 minutes, until translucent.
