All internet orders placed before 5PM (EST) will ship within 3-5 business days. If you have a deadline that you need the merchandise by, you may want to email info@twobeescashmere.com and a customer representative will gladly assist you.

 

Two Bees Cashmere will gladly accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that meet the following conditions: Only items purchased at www.twobeescashmere.com or ordered via phone with our customer service representatives are eligible for a return or an exchange. 

Merchandise must be exchanged/returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE. Orders exchanged/returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Two Bees Cashmere reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. ALL WAREHOUSE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

NOTE: Please allow 5 - 7 days from the time your exchange/return is received by Two Bees Cashmere to be processed (plus shipping time).

TO EXCHANGE or RETURN a PRODUCT: Please email us at returns@twobeescashmere to receive a return authorization number.

Please mail the item back to us at the following address with the RA number given in the email.
